About This Role
As a Lead Toddler Teacher at The Potter's House Child Development Center in Township Of Liberty, OH, you will guide ECE program quality and staff development. Candidates must bring a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support.
We seek a dedicated Christian lead toddler teacher to join our faith-based childcare and early learning center. The ideal candidate will partner with us in ministry, caring for children aged 2-3 years old, Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:30.

What You'll Do
The lead toddler teacher is responsible for delivering care and education to children aged 18 months to 3 years, adhering to the center's policies and the Creative Curriculum. This includes planning developmentally appropriate learning activities, ensuring children's physical and emotional needs are met, and maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements
- We require a high school diploma or GED
- We will consider candidates with experience and training (CDA or degree in Early Childhood)
