What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities.
- Foster a positive, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Supervise children and ensure their health and safety at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and complete all required documentation.
- Follow Georgia Bright from the Start licensing regulations and academy policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous preschool teaching experience preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must successfully complete all required background checks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
