This position is full time for a floater position! Multiple shifts available (such as 6:45am-3:45pm; 7:30am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6:30pm)

What You'll Do
- Providing children with a guaranteed safe, loving, clean, nurturing, and academically focused learning environment.
- Documenting and providing parents with updates on their child.
- Diaper changing, cleaning, food prep, and care taking of the classroom.
- Participation in on-going training.
- Interacting with parents professionally during pick up and drop off.
- Multitasking to provide support to children and co-teacher.
- Following and creating lesson plans with educational activities for children.
- Taking ownership of the assigned classroom to make it be the best place it can be for the children.
Requirements
- Childcare experience
- Commitment to working full time Monday through Friday
- 18 years of age and older
- Pass background clearance check
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility ; as a floater is moved around and utilized all over the school
- An energetic, passion for early childhood
- Commitment to being fully present and on-time
- Ability to follow all policies and procedures mandated by child care licensing and our school
- CPR/First Aid certificate upon hire
- Physically lift up to 35lbs throughout the day
- Exhibits professionalism
