A flexible and reliable Floater is needed to support daily operations across multiple classrooms or departments in Murfreesboro, TN, stepping in wherever assistance is required to ensure a smooth, safe, and productive environment.
What You'll Do
- Cover breaks and absences for regular staff members.
- Adapt quickly to shifting daily schedules and different room assignments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all participants.
- Assist lead personnel with daily activities, tasks, and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to work locations in the Murfreesboro area.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a caregiving, educational, or support role.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
