About This Role
Wonderful opportunity for a certified Montessori Primary lead guide to have her own classroom. Sundrops Montessori honors the employees as we are expected to honor the students, which makes for a wonderful work environment. We are a team and work together as such. We work hard to fill in where others are absent so that our students are comfortable and the methodology remains in tact.
The right candidate will have complete creative control over her classroom. There is a cosmic curriculum to stick to/work from. Must be an excellent communicator with parents, co-workers and children. Must be motivated to teach the whole child. Must have excellent observation skills. Must be pleasant and cam.
What You'll Do
Responsible for giving lessons and creating lesson groups. Will be responsible for training any new assistant guides in your classroom. Responsible for two parent:teacher conferences with each of your families during the school year. Must attend school wide functions and be excited about your work. Must have excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
Must be certified in Montessori 3-6 years.
Nice to Have
Teaching experience in a Montessori environment.
