About This Role
Food Service Coordinator supervised food preparation, serves meals and snacks to center children and staff. The Food Service Coordinator is responsible for documentation, maintenace, cleanliness, inventory and safety of kitchen and children.
What You'll Do
- Meet CACFP guidlines
- Maintain documentation that verify the ordering and delivering of meals
- Transporting Meals
- Washing Dishers and Laundry
- Maintain hygiene and safety of the kitchen in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- Order food and related supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen and classrooms.
- Follow all center policies and state regulations.
- Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Move as the position requires.
