About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Teacher Assistant over the age of 18 to join my in-home Childcare in Puyallup, WA.

In this role, you will actively support children's growth,

lead educational activities, and maintain a safe, welcoming, and highly structured classroom environment.

Eat lunch with us, while having a conversation with the children.

Instruct and lead daily scheduled activities for children.
Prepare creative learning materials and daily lessons.
Keep the classroom clean, safe, and organized.
Play with the children outside, rain or shine
Ask open ended question*Change diapers
Sing and teach the children song. It's ok not to have a singing voice, the kids love it. (I don't have one)

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have an active MERIT account with the WA Department of Children, Youth, and Families.
Completed 30 Hours Child Care Basics initial training.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Anything else that needs to be done.
