Jacob's Well is a Christian child care center that provides loving care to our families. We are looking for someone to join our team to help us support our community in a way that reflects God. We are open M-F 7am-6pm, hours and compensation will vary according to experience/education. Come join our wonderful team as we serve our families together. What You'll Do
As a Floater you will:
- help fill in gaps when staff is absent
- help our in various management areas like the kitchen and helping our director
- help give breaks to teachers
- help support the classrooms
Requirements
We would like all applicants to meet the following requirements:
- have worked in a child care center. Not necessary as long as they are willing to learn our industry and be part of the team.
- must have nurturing and caring attitudes
- have good communication skills with the ability to connect with parents, teachers and administrators
- have the physical ability to carry out all job requirements.
- must be available for consistent work.
