We are looking for a warm, attentive, and dependable Infant Childcare Teacher to provide quality care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys building trusting relationships with young children and understands the importance of patience, consistency, and close attention to their daily needs.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision throughout the day
- Follow established feeding, diapering, sleeping, and classroom routines
- Respond appropriately to each infant's individual needs and cues
- Introduce simple age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory and early development
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized infant classroom
- Monitor children's well-being and report concerns when necessary
- Complete required daily care and classroom records
- Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
- Follow established health, safety, and childcare procedures
- Work closely with other teachers to provide consistent care
Requirements
Qualifications
- CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous infant childcare teaching experience preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must successfully complete all required background checks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
