What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging activities for preschool-aged children
• Use stories, games, art, music, and hands-on activities to support learning
• Encourage early literacy, numeracy, communication, and problem-solving
• Help children develop cooperation, confidence, and independence
• Establish consistent classroom routines and expectations
• Provide active supervision and maintain a safe learning environment
• Use positive classroom-management techniques
• Observe children's participation and developmental progress
• Keep learning materials and classroom areas organized
• Maintain required classroom documentation
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
• Work collaboratively with other childcare staff

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
