Tiny Little Blessings is growing, and we are looking for a loving, dependable, and nurturing Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our TLB family!
We are a Christian early learning center serving children from infancy through Pre-K. We believe caring for children is more than a job—it is an opportunity to provide a safe, loving environment where children can grow, learn, and experience the love of Christ.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Our ideal Infant Teacher is someone who genuinely loves babies and understands that infant care requires patience, attentiveness, consistency, and lots of love.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants
- Feeding, diapering, and following individual infant schedules
- Creating age-appropriate learning and sensory experiences
- Supporting developmental milestones such as tummy time, sitting, crawling, language, and early social development
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom
- Following all health, safety, licensing, and classroom procedures
- Communicating professionally and positively with parents
- Working cooperatively with co-teachers and TLB leadership
- Completing daily classroom documentation and parent communication
- Helping create a peaceful, loving, Christ-centered classroom environment
Requirements

- Comfortable caring for multiple infants
- Energetic and actively engaged with children
- A positive team player
- Professional when communicating with families and coworkers
- Able to receive direction and feedback professionally
- Committed to maintaining excellent attendance
- Looking for a long-term position where they can become part of our school family
Qualifications
Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or infant-room experience is preferred.
Applicants must also be able to meet all Tennessee childcare licensing requirements, complete required background checks and training, and safely perform the physical responsibilities associated with caring for infants.
