What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a classroom of 3-year-old children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom.
• Communicate professionally with families and center staff.
• Follow all center policies, licensing, and safety requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
