What You'll Do
Duties
- Implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten.
- Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track and encourage the developmental milestones of each child.
- Communicate daily with parents and guardians to provide updates and build strong family partnerships.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting

- Ability to pass all required state background checks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to complete CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if needed).

- Previous experience working in a preschool or early learning center.
