About This Role
The Role of the Kitchen Worker is to provide nutritious meals to the children of AIM Now by following Department Approved guidelines, menus, and communicating needs to the Center Director.
What You'll Do
Prepare meals for children following menus. Complete food program paperwork assigned by the Child Care Director. Ensure that food and drink is prepared properly and brought to classrooms in a timely matter. Ensure that the shared kitchen is clean and meets the standards of the Child and Adult Nutrition Program and Living Faith Lutheran Church. Wash dishes.
Requirements
At least six month of experience working in a kitchen at a child care center, nursing home, school, or other program. Sound judgement and good organization skills Ability to walk up and down stairs, ability to run, ability to lift and carry 60 lbs.
