What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Supervise and guide children throughout the day.
  • Maintain positive communication with families.
  • Follow Georgia Bright from the Start regulations and center policies.
  • Complete daily lesson plans and classroom documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Reliable, professional, and dependable
  • Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
