What You'll Do
The teacher will:
- Implement a director-selected curriculum
- Follow and maintain a structured daily schedule
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Support children’s learning through intentional instruction
- Maintain classroom order and consistent routines
- Communicate professionally with families and leadership
- Complete required documentation and daily reports
- Work collaboratively with a teaching team
Requirements
Preferred candidates will:
- Have experience working with young children
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be open to coaching and feedback
- Follow policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Be organized and prepared
- Support the academy’s vision and standards
(ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required depending on position.)
Preferred but not required bachelor's or associate Degree
