What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Create and lead developmentally appropriate preschool activities
• Incorporate books, art, music, movement, games, and hands-on learning
• Support early literacy, numeracy, language, and problem-solving skills
• Encourage children to participate, explore, and develop their creativity
• Establish consistent classroom routines and expectations
• Provide active supervision and maintain children's safety
• Promote positive behavior and respectful interactions
• Observe children's progress and identify areas requiring additional support
• Keep classroom materials and learning areas organized
• Maintain accurate classroom records and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and childcare staff
• Follow applicable childcare, health, safety, and licensing guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
