What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise toddlers and provide attentive care throughout the day
• Support daily routines such as meals, rest time, toileting, and hygiene
• Lead age-appropriate activities involving music, stories, movement, art, and play
• Encourage language development, social interaction, and independence
• Use positive guidance to help children understand classroom expectations
• Observe children's interests, behavior, and developmental progress
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming
• Maintain required daily records and documentation
• Communicate relevant information with parents and guardians
• Follow all applicable safety, health, and childcare procedures
• Collaborate with other classroom staff

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous toddler childcare teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
