Substitute Teacher/Assistant
About This Role
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team in Little Flock, AR. In this role, you will step in to support student learning and classroom continuity when primary educators are absent or require additional instructional support. You will foster a safe, positive, and productive learning environment across various age levels from infant to elementary.
What You'll Do
- Assist regular classroom teachers in the classroom
- Maintain classroom order and enforce school policies effectively.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times including lunch, recess, and transitions.
- Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting scan.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
