About This Role
Join Bridgewater Learning Center in Hamilton, OH as a Lead Teacher working with Infant / Toddler (0–2). The role calls for a willingness to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with employer support and offers $15 – $17/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.

We serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in a fun, safe, educational and nurturing atmosphere and pride ourselves on building strong relationships with the community and families we serve.
What You'll Do
The Lead Teacher needs to be able to
- lesson plan
- maintain a clean and functional classroom
- do assessments on the children in your room
- family conferences
- participate in family engagement activities
- attend staff meetings
- maintain children's classroom portfolios
- stay in communication with parents on how and what their children are doing while in our care.
Requirements
- CDA (Child Development Associate) with at least one year experience in Early Childhood Education
- Must be willing to get and/or maintain CPR, 1st aid, communicable disease and child abuse certification. company will pay for these trainings
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be a team player
- Must be reliable
- Must be flexible
- Must be active in the Christian faith
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of Creative Curriculum
Familiarity with Ohio's Step Up to Quality system
