What You'll Do
- Supervise children during structured activities and ensure they adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records, forms, and files
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs
- Communicate effectively with families through informal discussions and regular updates
- Lead by example, modeling professionalism and coaching the teaching team for success
- Closing the center, cleaning classrooms, and restocking supplies
- Maintain a healthy and organized classroom environment
- Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
