About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to guide and nurture our two-year-old classroom in Simpsonville, SC. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment that supports early childhood development during a critical stage of growth.

What You'll Do

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on social, emotional, and motor skill development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets state licensing regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's daily progress, milestones, and routine.
  • Guide toddlers through potty training, meal times, and positive behavioral transitions.

Requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Clear South Carolina sled background check and fingerprints.

Nice to Have

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience using childcare communication apps like Playground or Tadpoles.
