What You'll Do
👶 What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
Requirements
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements (or willing to obtain—we’ll help guide you)
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to complete)
