What You'll Do
Collaborate with our teaching team to implement engaging lesson plans that foster daily growth and development
Engage children in activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth, building strong relationships along the way
Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment by adhering to our center policies and state regulations
Ensure that our center's high standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and child safety are met at all times
Pursue ongoing professional development to continually improve the quality of care we provide
Requirements
Must clear full background check
Live in Summit County or surrounding areas
Ability to work well with others and adjust to children's individual needs
Great attitude, flexibility, and willing to learn
Enroll in 2 (fully paid by Carriage House) Early Childhood classes, if needed, within the first year of employment
Nice to Have
We're looking for a certified Colorado Early Childhood teacher or someone with a Colorado Shines Level 2 credential
Previous experience working with young children in a group classroom setting would be a plus
A background in early childhood education, with relevant coursework, would be an asset to our team
