About This Role
Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT, Inc. in New London, CT is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Lead Teacher to work with Preschool (3–5) in a center-based environment. This position requires completed early childhood education college credits.

What You'll Do
- Lead or support a classroom of infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with CT ELDS
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Work closely with a collaborative teaching team to support a supportive classroom environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 ECE credits
- CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (may be completed after hire)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork and child development
