What You'll Do
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Assist in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment that inspires children to learn and grow.
- Communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members to build strong relationships and support their needs.
- Carry out daily lesson plans, leveraging your creativity and passion to make learning fun and engaging.
- Utilize technology to document and deliver child progress reports, helping parents stay informed and connected to their child's journey.
- Embody empathy and understanding, recognizing the unique needs and emotions of each child and their family.
- Set clear expectations and present a positive role model for children, helping them develop essential life skills and values.
- Be open to growth and development, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new challenges as you progress in your career.

- 2 year experience in a licensed childcare center
