What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students during after school hours
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Plan and lead age- appropriate activities (arts, sports, enrichment)
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Follow all state licensing and center policies and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)
- Previous experience working with ASP in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Ability to work assigned after-school hours consistently
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Must meet Georgia DECAL background and health screening requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with students for extended periods
