We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring that ABA services are delivered ethically, effectively, and in compliance with payer and state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including skill-based assessments, functional behavior assessments, and caregiver interviews.

Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs, diagnosis, assessment results, and family goals.

Create measurable treatment goals, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs.

Provide clinical supervision and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.

Monitor client progress through data review, direct observation, and ongoing program modification.

Train caregivers, family members, and staff on behavior strategies and treatment plan implementation.

Ensure treatment plans and clinical documentation meet Medicaid, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, reassessments, supervision notes, and discharge planning when applicable.

Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, therapists, and other providers to support continuity of care.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, quality assurance activities, and clinical training.

Follow BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA requirements, company policies, and all applicable state and payer standards.

What You'll Do

Conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments, including functional behavior assessments, skill assessments, caregiver interviews, and direct client observations.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, diagnosis, client needs, and family goals.

Create behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, caregiver training goals, and measurable treatment objectives.

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff providing ABA services.

Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure treatment plans are implemented correctly and consistently.

Review client data regularly and modify programs based on progress, barriers, and clinical need.

Conduct direct supervision sessions with RBTs in accordance with BACB, payer, Medicaid, and company requirements.

Train caregivers and family members on behavior strategies, skill-building techniques, and treatment plan implementation.

Complete accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, supervision notes, treatment plan updates, reassessments, and discharge summaries.

Monitor client progress and ensure services remain medically necessary and goal-driven.

Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, therapists, and other providers to support continuity of care.

Participate in case reviews, team meetings, quality assurance reviews, and clinical training.

Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, company policies, Medicaid requirements, insurance guidelines, and applicable state regulations.

Support prior authorization, reauthorization, and clinical documentation needs as required.

Identify clinical concerns, safety risks, and barriers to treatment and communicate them promptly to leadership and caregivers.

Maintain professional communication with families, staff, payers, and referral partners.

Help maintain a positive, ethical, and supportive clinical environment for clients, families, and team members.

Requirements

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, functional assessment, behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and data-based decision-making.

Ability to supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and clinical team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation deadlines.

Must be able to pass required background checks.

Medicaid and insurance documentation experience preferred.

Experience working in clinic, school, childcare, home, or community-based settings preferred.
