What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering personalized product recommendations
- Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers
- Understand product features, specifications, and installation options
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on leads and proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display
- Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in flooring, tile, or home improvement sales preferred
- Knowledge of flooring and tile products, materials, and trends
- Experience in Sales and/or Service Industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency with POS and CRM systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
Nice to Have
Previous flooring or interior design experience a plus, but we will train the right person!
