What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the head cook in menu planning, ensuring a variety of nutritious and appealing meal options.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Help with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking food usage.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed, sharing knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
Requirements
Experience in meal preparation is preferred, but we will train the right individual.
