About This Role
Crievewood UMC Child Care Center is an established, neighborhood center, providing care for children age 2-4th grade. We are looking to add to our teaching team with an energetic, committed teacher. Perfect for any education majors.
Standard Hours are M-F 2-6 pm in the classroom. Hours are flexible.
During public school breaks and periods of virtual school , longer hours are available.
Full time hours available during the summer.

What You'll Do
Team player who enjoys collaborating with other teachers.
Provide care for children in the afternoons, including indoor and outdoor activities.
Obtain DHS required training hours (center assists in coordination).
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to actively engage with the children in physical activities.
Nice to Have
Degree in Early Childhood education, Education, or related area
Experience working with children.
