About This Role
Curious Rose Learning Center is a new preschool dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. We are looking for a passionate Bilingual Lead Teacher who is experienced in early childhood education and committed to high-quality care and learning.
Sign-on bonus after successful completion of 90-day probation period

What You'll Do
- Create and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with GELDS (Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards)
- Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, language, and cognitive development
- Observe and document children’s developmental progress
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness according to licensing standards
- Follow all Bright from the Start / DECAL regulations and support Quality Rated standards
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff
Requirements
- Must pass DECAL Comprehensive Background Check
- Must complete Bright from the Start Health
