About This Role
Summer Camp Teacher is a temporary full-time position that serves various age groups 5yo - 13yo. Groups are split by ages and teachers are responsible for their assigned groups. Every week there are minimum of at least 2 field trips, and the other days are spent at the facility participating in theme-based activities. Lesson plans are not as rigorous but developmentally age-appropriate activities are required for a fun filled summer.

What You'll Do
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Following licensing rules and regulations
- Lesson Planning - Developmentally age-appropriate activities
- Maintaining effective and professional communication with children and families
- Supervising children and assistants
Requirements
- Must have an associate's in early childhood education or related field
- Must have a minimum of 30 ECE credit hours
- Must have minimum of 2 years' experience
- Must be able to complete all 4 background checks (CBI, FBI, Trails and Out of State)
- Must have the physically ability to bend, kneel, lift 20lbs, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must have excellent communication skills and leadership skills
