About This Role
Day Care Center of New Canaan in New Canaan, CT is hiring a Day Care Cook to support daily operations at an early childhood education center. This position offers $18 – $22/Hr and requires a food handler certificate or willingness to obtain one.

This Position is part time and approximately fifteen hours a week, fifty weeks per year. Hour payrate is dependent upon experience. Background check and fingerprints are required.
Hours: 10:30a.m. - 1:30p.m.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Prepare nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
- Keep accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Meet local and State health standard requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain one.
