About This Role
This Substitute Teacher opportunity at EOA Children's Services serves Infant / Toddler (0–2), Preschool (3–5) and requires no formal credential — just relevant experience. Based in Fayetteville, AR, candidates bring experience in early childhood education and development.
EOA Children's Services is looking for good substitute classroom support. They will not work any regular scheduled hours, but be called in when needed to fill in for a teacher. They can expect a call between 6am-7am to come into work that day. Substitutes will work 7 or 8 hours each day in any of our Fayetteville or Springdale centers, depending on where they are needed. Reliable transportation is required.
What You'll Do
- Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each individual student
Requirements
Must have High School Diploma
Must pass all background checks
