This Infant Teacher opportunity at Ethos Childcare serves Infant / Toddler (0–2) and requires no formal credential — just relevant experience. Based in Lewis Center, OH, candidates bring experience in early childhood education and development.

What You'll Do
- Give the children under my care my full attention.
- Write, post, and implement a DAP lesson plan for my age group
- Develop and maintain a DAP classroom schedule for my age group.
- Use the Brightwheel app to report for each child in the classroom a record of activities, nap times, medication, and any other necessary information.
- Nurture each child to grow and reach their appropriate developmental milestones
- Be aware of and follow all laws and requirements set by DCY and center policies.
- Be in open communication with parents, teachers, and the director

Have you...
- Experience working in a DCY-licensed childcare center as a lead teacher with infants or toddlers
- Completed all requirements for a childcare employee designated by DCY
- Completed or be willing to complete any required training and professional development: DCY orientation, CPR/First Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse
Nice to Have
- Completed a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study
