As a Toddler Teacher at Explorers Learning Center in Seymour, CT, you will guide ECE program quality and staff development. Candidates must bring no formal credential — just relevant experience.

What You'll Do
Design and implement a stimulating and supportive classroom environment tailored to the needs of 1–2 year olds
Develop and lead engaging activities that cater to the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of our young learners
Establish open lines of communication with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and activities
Adhere to established classroom routines for meals, naps, playtime, and educational activities
Ensure the overall well-being, safety, and health of all children in our care
Requirements
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of early childhood development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting preferred
Nice to Have
CDA, ECE coursework, or related education
