Family Care KIDS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a qualified Infant Room Teacher to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a center-based, faith-based program environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

What You'll Do
As a member of the Family Care KIDS staff, you will:
- Provide responsive and individualized care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
- Redirect with compassion giving child voice and choice
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor development, and early communication skills.
- Communicate regularly with families about their child’s experiences and progress.
- Participate in ongoing educational development opportunities provided by Christian Family Care
- Work with a team of exceptional educators
Requirements
Requirements you should have:
- Az Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/1st Aid Certification
- HS Diploma or Equivalent + 6 months classroom experience
- Ability to spend time outdoors, lift at least 35lbs, crouch/bend over, sit on the floor, and stand for extended periods.
