Responsibilities
- Provide loving and attentive care to infants throughout the day
- Follow feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
- Support infants’ developmental milestones through play, talking, and interaction
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Communicate daily with families about their child’s care and development
- Work as part of a team to maintain a nurturing classroom environment

Requirements
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and stay until 6:00 PM when scheduled
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and actively care for infants
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors when appropriate
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
