FLOOR360 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring and Tile Installer to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of residential flooring projects of all sizes. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continuous improvement, you will help drive efficiencies in our fast-growing company. What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Report to the Lead, Installation Manager and oversee the installation of residential flooring projects.
Assist lead installers with material handling and other tasks as needed.
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and adapt to changing project requirements.
Work Environment:
Work in a field environment, exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions, and adhere to all safety protocols, including Covid-19 protocols.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and a Drug test.
- Must be at least eighteen years (18) of age.
- Previous flooring installation experience is preferred but not required.

Self-starter, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
