Gethsemane Lutheran Children’s Ministry (GLCM) is currently hiring a Floater Teacher (Full Time or Part Time)

What You'll Do
Floater Teacher – Part Time or Full Time
(Ages 6 weeks–6 years)
As a Floater Teacher, you’ll work with all age groups at GLCM, providing classroom coverage during:
- Lunch breaks
- Teacher vacations
- Sick days
This role is perfect for someone flexible, supportive, and happy to jump in wherever help is needed.
Requirements
Floater Teacher Qualifications
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Experience with young children is a plus (training provided!)
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Willingness to support different classrooms and age groups
