Goffstown Creative Kids is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Lead or Associate Teacher in our Infant Classroom. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for teaching young children and making a positive impact in their lives.

What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily care to the children in their class and implementing educational curriculum by developing engaging activities based on developmentally appropriate practices.
Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment among the teaching team.
Design and implement individual and group activities to promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth in children.
Establish and maintain open communication with parents through regular discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations.
Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment, adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Maintain accurate records, forms, and files in a timely and organized manner.
Develop and implement a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
The candidate needs to meet the following qualifications:
3 credits in Child growth & Development or 9 credits in ECE with 3 credits in Child growth & Development or
3 credits in an education course with 1500 hours of work experience and a plan to continue your ECE credits or
Successful completion of a 2-year vocational course or
Have 18+ ECE credits to be considered for a Lead Teacher position.
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
