What You'll Do
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and developmental activities.
- Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor play routines.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Of good character and reputation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 months of professional childcare experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must pass a full background check and health screening
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a licensed early childhood or preschool setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development.
