About This Role
We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and caring individual to join our childcare team! This position will provide break coverage and classroom support in our toddler/Prek classrooms.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and care for toddlers while covering teacher breaks.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and classroom needs.
- Work cooperatively with teachers and other staff members.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with young children required.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to bend, kneel, sit on the floor, lift children, and actively participate in classroom activities.
- Patient, energetic, flexible, and comfortable working with toddlers.
- Ability to step into different classrooms and adapt to their routines.
