About This Role

Jacob's Well Christian Learning Center is looking for an Infant teacher. We are open M-F 7am-6pm, hours and compensation will vary according to experience/education. Come join our wonderful team as we serve our families together. We would like all applicants to meet the following requirements:

  • have some level of post high school education, preferably in Early Childhood Education
  • have worked in a child care center
  • must have nurturing and caring attitudes
  • have the knowledge and experience to help run an Infant classroom
  • have good communication skills with the ability to connect with parents, teachers and administrators
  • have the physical ability to carry out all job requirements.

What You'll Do

Applicants for this position will be responsible:

  • for working with another teacher to manage and care for an infant classroom
  • conducting themselves with an attitude that reflects the mission of our center
  • communicate with parents the day-to-day activities of their children

Requirements

  • have at least one year of experience in working in a child care center
  • have good communication skills and is willing to work as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • CDA in infant & toddlers
  • certification in CPR/First Aid and Recognizing communicable disease trainings
  • 2+ years in working with infants and/or toddlers
