What You’ll Do

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll help shape the experiences that make childhood meaningful. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Create a classroom where children thrive: Build a safe, welcoming space where every child feels included, supported, and encouraged.
  • Be a team leader: Work alongside fellow educators to maintain a positive classroom environment and support consistent, quality care.
  • Connect with families: Share classroom experiences, communicate about children’s progress, and develop trusting relationships with parents.
  • Make the little moments count: Encourage independence, guide children through challenges, and celebrate the everyday victories that help them grow.

Who We’re Hoping to Find

We’re looking for an educator who enjoys taking initiative, brings a positive attitude to work, and understands that every child learns in their own way. You’re someone who can lead with confidence, adapt when plans change, and approach both exciting and challenging moments with patience and care.

Most importantly, you want your work to mean something. You believe early childhood is an important time in a child’s life, and you’re excited to help lay the foundation for future learning and success.
