Lead Teacher - Toddler classroom
About This Role
KIDCO is hiring for a support staff member role in Newington. Compensation is $17 – $19/Hr. Candidates need a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, though it is preferred rather than required.
Searching for a dedicated childcare professional. Must be dynamic, creative and experienced in a lead teaching role. Teacher will be responsible for planning engaging lessons for a group of 2-3 year old children. Strong leadership skills a must.

What You'll Do
A sample of duties include:
- Plan and implement daily activities for children under three years of age
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- adhere to CT regulations and company policies
- Daily communication with families
Requirements
Experience working in a child care center
Must be available 8-5 Monday - Friday
Nice to Have
Degree and/or credits in early childhood education
