About This Role
This Lead Teacher - Toddler classroom opportunity at KIDCO serves Infant / Toddler (0–2) and requires a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred. Based in Newington, CT, candidates bring experience in early childhood education and development.

What You'll Do
A sample of duties include:
- Plan and implement daily activities for children under three years of age
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- adhere to CT regulations and company policies
- Daily communication with families
Requirements
Experience working in a child care center
Must be available 8-5 Monday - Friday
Nice to Have
Degree and/or credits in early childhood education
