Kids First Daycare LLC is hiring for a support staff member role in St. Peters. Compensation is $15 – $17/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.

What You'll Do
- Physical Care: Execute formula/breastmilk bottle feedings, solid food introduction, diaper changes, and supervised nap times.
- Health & Sanitation: Sanitize toys, high chairs, cribs, and changing tables continuously.
- Developmental Engagement: Facilitate tummy time, motor skill development, and sensory interaction.
- Guardian Communication: Document daily routines (food intake, sleep duration, diaper changes) and report them to parents.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to state licensing ratios and maintain infant/child CPR and First Aid certifications
Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
- Must be comfortable working in a church based facility, teaching Christian curriculum.
- Must have a love for children.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
- Capable of frequent bending, kneeling, and carrying infants for extended periods.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or nannying setting.
- Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and nurturing demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
