What You'll Do

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care and supervision to infants and toddlers throughout the day.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and routines that stimulate emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that adheres to state licensing regulations.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and care needs.
• Assist with daily care giving routines including feeding, diapering, and soothing.

Requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• Completion of Wisconsin Registry-approved early childhood coursework (e.g., Introduction to the Child Care Profession).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, bend, or sit on the floor for extended periods.

Nice to Have

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin state licensing rules and regulations for group childcare centers.
