What You'll Do
- Support the Lead Teacher in providing high-quality care for infants
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and daily care routines
- Engage infants in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Help create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels loved and secure
Requirements
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
No childcare experience? We provide training for caring, dependable individuals who are excited to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.

About Little Oaks Academy
Little Oaks Academy (LOA) is a daycare facility licensed by the Tennessee Department of Human Services (“DHS”). The purpose of our early childhood education and development program is to promote the development of the total child – physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially, using age-appropriate activities under the guidance of professional, loving, and caring teachers. As a non-profit, LOA operates under a Board of Directors (the Board). The Board is charged with defining the mission, vision, and values of LOA’s early childhood education and development program.
